Will you be our friend?
In July 2007, New Century was awarded the lease of the historic Bertman House as our company HQ and offices by the City of Milwaukie. The house, located at 37th and Washington, had been empty for a number of years and was falling into disrepair. So in exchange for reduced rent, we agreed to make some major renovations over the course of 5 years, totaling an estimated $50,000!
This fall, New Century launched the ‘Friends of the Bertman House’ fundraising project. By contributing a minimum of $25.00, you will become an official Friend of the Bertman House and your tax-deductible donation will go directly towards preserving a part of Milwaukie’s history. You will also have a spot on our coveted “Friends” board at the House and we will keep you updated on what we are working on!
